I didn't do as well as I wanted. My preparation was fine, but I missed a few questions that I knew. My best guess is that I missed 1 multiple choice question and 3 identify the rule questions. Ironically the multiple choice questions were the far more difficult part of the test. I knew all of the rules and I could make a list describing them but I mistakenly identified a series of questions as Rule 8 rather than Rule 12. That can be a little confusing because the questions (I think I'm remembering correctly here) were about a Rule 12(b)(6) failure to state a claim as required in Rule 8(a). I knew that Rule 12 was the Rule being applied but I mistakenly put Rule 8. In the end, I think that I probably performed about at the class average... Not where I want to be, but not terrible either since this is only a small portion of my total grade. On the positive side, I have a good grasp of the rules and how to apply them, which will help me out in the final.
