Apparently the law student was going to let the robber take his wallet and guitars but when the robber, armed with a baseball bat, went for the laptop, the 1L said, "Dude, no... Please, no! That's four months of work!" The Arizona State law student then wrestled the robber to the ground, took his bat away, and used the robber's face for a punching bag. After the police had the robber stitched up, they charged him with armed robbery.
